1. Prices and payments
  • All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) for customers in Mexico, or in US dollars (USD) if the purchase is made from the United States.
  • Payment is made through the secure platforms available on our website. The design process will begin only after payment confirmation and receipt of the requested information from the client.
2. Order confirmation
  • Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.
  • The invitart.mx team will contact you if they require additional information or files to begin the design process.
3. Delivery and timing
  • Delivery times vary depending on the service contracted and are specified in the description of each product.
  • If the customer requests additional modifications, these may extend the previously established delivery time.
4. Modifications, cancellations and refunds
  • Due to the digital and personalized nature of our invitations and services, no refunds are issued once the design process has begun.
  • Each service includes a round of modifications, which will be applied according to the product description.
  • In case of errors attributable to invitart.mx, we commit to making the necessary adjustments at no additional cost.
5. Customer Responsibility
  • It is the client's responsibility to provide complete and correct information (dates, names, event details, images, etc.) before starting the design.
  • invitart.mx is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
